Good Day!

I am a freelance administrative assistant, helping businesses, NPOs, university departments, and individuals to achieve their goals by completing all those time-consuming tasks, thereby  allowing my clients to work on the important job of running their businesses.

Now more than ever, the working world is realising that work is not a place, it’s about getting the job done, wherever that might be!  This, together with cost restraints, is prompting employers to realise the importance of having a remote-working freelance assistant on call.

Before starting my business eight years ago, I gained a diverse range of experience working in the retail, corporate, and theatre industries. My certified training includes office administration, proofreading, transcription, sales and marketing, digital marketing, event management, interior decorating, and small business management. Together, this allows me to offer a range of services to my clients, while always being open to learning and adapting to new work experiences.

I specialise in proofreading and copy editing, transcription, data capture, as well as email and calendar management. I prefer working directly with my clients, with the aim to always build reliable, professional, cost-effective, and confidential working relationships.

I take pride in being able to support my clients during those particularly hectic times when they need assistance to get projects completed timeously, need a blog post or dissertation proofread, or research interviews transcribed.

My services include (but not limited to):

  • Proofreading of documents, brochures, integrated reports, theses and dissertations, blogs, and social media posts and advertisements.
  • Transcription of meetings minutes, performance reviews and research interviews.
  • Data capture.
  • Email management.
  • Calendar management.

I am available to attend online meetings as well as in-office meetings in the greater Cape Town area. As a freelance assistant, my services are not limited to clients in South Africa – for clients in the United Kingdom, Europe and the UAE, the exchange rate results in very favourable savings for companies in these countries.
